Never trust a French woman

Haya! Just yet another random post of this week.

We were talking about prejudices and stereotypes on my French class this week, and we even had homework on writing 10 prejudices about any nationality. I thought it would be easier but when I sat there and had written the first 5-6 sentences it started to get difficult. Hhmmm... XD

These are some of the sentences I wrote (in French though XD: (LOOK these are just predjudices I know, not necessarily that I agree or justify them!)
-Japanese people are very intelligent
-Italians speak loudly
-Americans think they are the best
-Norwegians are stupid
-Englishmen drinks tea all the time

We also got this whole arch of paper filled with predjudices of French people and we were to discuss them and decide which ones can be justified and which ones were just ridiculous (You can never trust a French woman...?)
After we had handed in out sentences out teacher made a copy of everyones sentences and made a kind a bookletmfor everyone in the class. It was most amusing reading other people prejudices because I agreed with some of them but some of them were just bizarre. XD

Here are some funny prejudices about Swedish people: (copyright: my french class)
-Swedish people don't talk about money or their salaries
-Swedish people are very punctual
-Swedish people are long, has blue eyes and blond hair
-Swedish people don't know their national anthem
-Swedish people has a house, a volvo car and a dog
(and his is my absolutely fave.)-Swedish people don't drink milk if it has surpassed the "best before" date by one day

These might be funnier if you live in Sweden because most of them are true, and you can really think of that Swedish person doing or not doing these things. Haha.

Here's a photo from the London underground this summer. JB fans read only the first row ;)

Btw, the orchestra I play violin for are playing Viva La Vida by Coldplay. We're going to play it at some concert with a band and a singer. We played it through once yesterday and really we sound just like the real song. :) Mahhahhaa, have to record it sometime... XD

Do you know that in Sofias blog (I stumbled across it the other day) she says she's singing Viva La Vida at a concert... Maybe the same one?
