Crystal clear glistening sun, my ass
As said my cousin is coming in tomorrow (very late in the evening) so I've been trying to finish my stupid homework before she comes. We're reading about travel writing and adjectives and blah, so we have to find a travel article with all these characteristics we've talked about. Really it's nonexcisting, I've read, I'm sure, more than 20 travel articles these past 2 days. I might poop "glistening sun" or "crystal clear sea" later. XD I'm so sick and bored of them, and frankly I've never read a travel article in my life before and when I'm done with this assignment I never will. XD
Today I had made plans with a friend from school to go watch Valentine's day. We went down to Angel, had lunch, strolled around. It was nice. The movie however was actually not that bad. Critics has basically chainsawed it so I guess I didn't expect much, I just hoped it was funny so I'd have a laugh, or maybe I secretly wanted to see Taylor Swift's acting? XD She was horrible anyway, Taylor and Taylor was just so.....laughing out loud. I was trying so hard not to laugh at them but couldn't.
However, I really liked the fact of the movie that they start out with so many different characters but then how they come together. It was quite entertaining and Ashton Kutcher was actually cute in the movie. XD

We're saving our lives
Don't know how I could've missed Nick, Joe and Kevin was in this. It makes me feel all the worse. I always cry to these kind of things, don't know why. XD But...Justin Bieber?! Really?!
Enjoy. Nick sings in 4.20 ;)

Giving up the gun
Giving Up The Gun by Vampire Weekend
Joe Jonas is badass. 0:57 that's all I have to say, 0:57! But Jake Gyllenhaal steals the show. XD

I'm Mr. Brightside
Yet another nice day off. Snoozing, long breakfast, watching TV series, studying and vacuuming. The weather could've been better though. :P
Weekend is coming close, which is always nice. Laundry and an attempt of getting hold of a pair of Sonia Rykiel tights at H&M is planned at the moment. I don't know which will be more crowded Malmö with one H&M (selling Sonia Rykiel) or London with 4 H&M, on Oxford st (selling Sonia Rykiel).
Anyway the first assignment in my Online journalism class is to set up a blog and run it for 5 weeks. Mine's called.......wait for it......Confessions of a Twitaddict (no twitterholic wasn't available). It says much in itself, but yeah I'll go there some times a week and write about my Twitter habits and nerdy things like that. So please help me out with clicks and readership: http://www.twitaddict.blogspot.com/. I know it's rubbish at the moment, but I'll update it soon....I hope. I must say however it frightens me how difficult it is bloging for that blog while I have no problem babbling away in this one. XD I have to play it down, be casual, no pressure....
And some good news before i go, my cousin from Switzerland is coming to London! I can't possibly describe how awesome it's gonna be. I haven't seen her in so long, 3 years ago wasn't it? Goossh can't wait for the 26th! :D

新年快乐
So basically, I just wanted to pop in to say Happy New Year to all of you chinese people out there. :)
I've just come back to London from spending the weekend at home, celebrating the chinese new year. It's always so nice being back home. :) (I love my bed! XD) Anyway, I've come back with new energy and fresh mind on school and stuff. I'm gonna rock this bitch ;)
And oh, I got a Tumblr. On friday afternoon I decided to get a Tumblr, just like that. Which, I realize now, wasn't a very good idea, I'm an addict already. Honestly I think Tumblr is way betetr than Twitter, it's so much more practical and prettier. Anyway if you got time check it out: http://www.lelapinrose.tumblr.com/ :)
Toodles!
Semlor, I love you. XD

Le retour
I also had my first Chinese lesson on Wednesday (evening lesson!!). I went worrying the whole day that the classmight be too hard for me since it was not beginners level. But oh I was owrrying for nothing. The class is really easy, they're still learning like the very basic things (we learnt how to write 1-10). The teacher's however really nice and funny. Perhaps it won't be so bad to study the basics (properly) again.
Sorry, I'm in a new phase.

M.E.N
Heard this awesome song in HMV yesterday, had some vague guesses it was Muse. It was really good so I just had to ask someone working there. I think he said Muse-Revelation or something. I youtubed it and turned out there's no such song. Instead I found 2 awesome songs (one of which is this one) from their latest album, The Resistance.
As you may know, I purcahsed Nick's solo album yesterday. I've been kinda sceptic towards the whole Administration thing from the beginning. But I do understand why Nick felt he had to do this, it is (very) different from the Jonas brothers sound. I haven't really listened to the album quite yet but this song got stuck straight away.
Call me Britishfied but I've come to really like this girl. There's a certain edge in her style that I really like. I heard this the first time on radio and thought it was like the silliest song I've heard. But after the second and third time I was totally hooked.

My mind rebels at stagnation
I'm back in London...wish I could say that a bit more enthusiastically but I can't. Bllaah it's like coming back here from Sweden all over again. Although not as bad,I must admit, because I know I'll go home (to Sweden) on friday for the Chinese new year.
You might not believe me when I say I saw Sherlock Holmes, yet again, in the cinema. But in fact I did, yupp, yesterday with my cousin, luckily in English with French subtitles, making it the 3rd time. Buuuuuut the story (sadly) doesn't end there, I saw it a 4th time in the evening, well let's just say it was at least not in the cinema. XD Hahahhaa, I'm such an addict (really? Am I really?!?!) . I've been listening to the soundtrack non-stop this week. Hans Zimmer is my best friend right now. XD
Paris has been wonderful. A perfect break from everything that has to do with school. I mean it wasn't since last September I didn't have ANY schoolwork hanging over me. It's been so nice to not think about school the past week but I know on Tuesday it has to be back on.
A new semester. And Chinese, Online journalism, Writing for publication and Intro. to Marketing is awaiting. I don't know how I always end up with so many Journalism modules when I'm just averagely interested in it. XD I'm gonna miss the fashion module a lot, especially the creative coursework. Fingers crossed for good and helpful teachers and nice classmates! XD
Goodbye, Paris.

Bonjour tout le monde!
(St. Pancras International)
The train ride to Paris went by quickly, I fell asleep right after we departed from St. Pancras and woke up when we were on French ground. I arrived at Gare du Nord and then took the bus to my grandma's place. Believe it or not I do remember some French and I even spoke some today. XD Muahhaha.
(Paris Gare du Nord)
Since my cousins have school during the days I've been strolling around Paris by myself. Today I went to Les Halles to do some shopping (the place is huge!), actually found a pair of shoes. Craaazzy. XD Then I took a walk to le Louvre and took pictures. I had planned to go to the Jardin du Tuiliers as well but the weather was so crappy I decided to go back home instead.
Paris+Sherlock Holmes soundtrack on iPod+my camera=Awesome day
(Outside Musée du Louvre)
Gonna go watch the new Heroes episode now, wanna see some ass kicking (especially Matt's!). XD Au revoir!
