I've just finished watching an epsiode of Ugly Betty (S4E12) and it was about Betty feeling lonely and that she don't connect with people. That she could just go home and shut the door and she could basically die and no one would notice it before they could smell her rotting corpse.

It's actually freakishly exactly how I feel, all the time. I've always prided in being different and so self-confident that I don't have to fit in. Now I've got my way, I fit in nowhere. And I hate it, I hate that I'm so boring, I hate that I take school so seriously, I hate that can't talk to people, I hate that I don't know how to be around people, I hate that I'm always that weird person, I hate that I don't drink, I hate that I'm so serious, I hate that I don't have stories to tell, I hate that I don't meet people, I hate that it's so hard for me to makes friends, I hate that I don't connect with people, I hate that I actually cried when writing this but most of all I hate that I pretend to be EXACTLY the opposite of these things.

That's why I hate reading blogs, because I hate reading about your lives and everything you do and all of your stories because I myself have none.

The summer of the summers

Hello dears,
New sunny day in Londonland, although I don't think rain couldn't bring me down at a time like this. I'm absolutely in love with having sumemr break and I'm sure you guys will soon as well. I've decided this summer is gonna be ah-mazing.

I'm gonna read loads (starting with Sherlock Holmes)
I'm gonna make some money (helping my friend's parents out)
I'm gonna convert to new music (OH YES, you heard me. It's gonna be a interesting project and I'm gonna keep you updated)
I'm gonna drive (Oh yes AGAIN, believe it or not I'm gonna try taking my drivers license this summer)
I'm gonna watch loads of movies (basically every movie on Canal+, but I'm also gonna catch up on some golden oldies like The Breakfast club)
I'm gonna take loads of photos (everytime I go out, I swear and hopefully start a street style blog)
I'm gonna meet all my friends (yes I will)
I'm gonna play loads of guitar (on my lovely Fender)
I'm gonna bike a lot (Malmö, watch out)
I'm gonna keep myself updated with the Election (Yohoo, my first government election)

SSOOOOOOOOO, I'm Summer holiday biyatch! INSANE! I didn't think I'd make it, can't believe I'm done with my first year! It just hit me the other day, how crazy is that?! It's been a hello of a rocky road but I appreciate it, I've learnt a lot, a lot!

I'm gonna have 2 free weeks in London before I make my way back to Svea land. :) It's weird because I usually don't have time to actually do things in London, I'm absolutely gonna make up for lost time. After all it is LONDON for crying out loud. :) Two fo my friends from Sweden is coming here 7th of June. We're gonna have an awesome week inlcuding a trip to Bournmouth, can't wait.

I'm also looking for flats at the moment, I'm gonna move from here! (YYEESS! XD) Me and 2 other girls is gonna share and I'm really looking forward to it. :)

And if you haven't noticed I rooted for Germany on Eurovision song contest. Isn't Lena the cutest person you've ever seen? Gosh I wanna marry her. XD

(As I post this I'm so high on sleepyness I don't know why I'm doing this. It's part of my portfolio. Jenny I don't really mean it.)

In the success of Batman, Spiderman, Fantastic four and the whole bunch of comic-book leotard dressed heroes, comes Iron Man (2008). With less of the leotards and more of a flying robot suit, Iron Man is best entertaining for comic-book nerds and 14 year old boys.

The movie centers Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), an egocentric, multi billionaire, womanizing weapon developer (which also can be translated into every guy’s dream).

Life is a ball for Tony until he gets kidnapped by Afghan terrorists, get a blue shining pacemaker-like device operated into the chest and forced into building a super missile weapon for the terrorists. Together with another captive he secretly builds a robot suit to help them escape (I’m sure a robot suit is the first thing that pops into your head when you want to flee from terrorists).

After a not so teary death of his construction companion and the realization that his weapons were actually used to kill people, he has a change of heart. No more weapons, he wants to help people now. With that said the whole first hour of the movie is already gone.

Despite a great performance by Robert Downey Jr., the movie falls short in too many places. While the cliché one liners, including “Keep the skies clear” and “I am Iron man”, made male viewers in the age between nine and 14 think ‘Wow, Tony is badass’, they almost made me want to throw up and a chair at the TV screen. Not even the funny lines went all the way home, they felt so rehearsed I’m sure I could see the reflection of the script in their eyes.

I can see that they were trying to pull a Batman begins and that’s why 90 minutes of the 121 min movie was spent on looking at Tony building the Iron man suit rather than him actually doing something with it. As an individual movie Iron man is just too little too late.

Thought this was getting a bit too much buzz, but of course I'll watch it anyway. Toy Story is my childhood! XD

Knight and Day
Looks like a turkey, probably gonna be a turkey but I think it could be very entertaining. I like funny Tom Cruise. Or maybe I just really like the fact that they have Uprising-Muse in the trailer. XD
